I'm not sure what steps people are making to create quarantine habits. Sleep patterns, exercise routines, meditation times, reading, you name it each is a habit. I failed habit. Great start but somewhere between Monday and Friday, I failed.
I'm not being hard on myself. You shouldn't either.
Develop a new hobby if you must. Critique your business. Develop a prayer life. Write a book. Something new will be great!
So far, I've accomplished most things on my to-do list. Cheers!!
As far as a habit, I'm still working on that.
